Mission Statement:
The Sleepy Hollow Property Owners Association (POA) exists to improve the overall quality of life in the Sleepy Hollow community and neighborhood; and to support the commonwealth of the property owners that ultimately enhances both the individual and collective value of the properties.

• Sleepy Hollow POA achieves this mission by:

• Maintaining a well-managed, financially sound and fiscally responsible organization;
• Enhancing property safety and security;
• Properly managing growth and development;
• Consistent enforcement of Sleepy Hollow POA bylaws;
• And, combating community deterioration through communication and actions that promote respect, renovation, preservation and the building of community by joining neighbors in a common cause.
